The Griswells have served for 23 years (Argentina and Mexico) with OC International, known in Latin America as SEPAL, Spanish for "Serving Pastors and Leaders". Steve served as OCI national team director in Mexico for 12 years. In 2006 they began working as part-time associates with WEC, in addition to their broader leadership development ministry with OCI. They teach at the Cross-cultural Training Centre, and are developing the Pastoral Renewal Centre at El Monte.

The Wilsons have served for more than twenty years with Camp Forest Springs in Wisconsin, USA. February 2009 they arrive in Mexico to work with the Christian camping ministry of El Monte in Ticumán.
