Church Planters: (Long Term) Looking for a challenge? WEC Mexico is targetting an unreached people group in the mountains west of Mexico City. Come and be part of the team!	Church Planters: (Long Term) You could be a part of a team to plant a church in the 10/40 window of Mexico.
Children's and Youth workers: (Short Term) Come and support the church planting teams in Mexico by working with children and youth among an unreached people group.	Missionary Kid Teacher: (Short Term) Be an answer to one family's prayers by living in a remote location and teaching their children.

Children's Workers Trainers: (Long Term) Are you an experienced children's worker with a special gift for training others? 50% of Mexicans are under the age of 20.	Youth Leader Trainers: (Long Term) Do you have a passion for training youth pastors in a country full of hurting teenagers? Come!

Accountant/bookkeeper:
(Long Term)

This is a lifeline for all El Monte ministry and a position that includes responsibility for all funds coming into and going out of El Monte, for example, camp fees, missionary student fees, conference costs, maintenance costs, and payroll. Strategic planning would be involved, as well as close coordination with the Mexican government through our local auditor.

Conference Centre Manager:
(Long Term)

We are looking for people with a passion to see the Body of Christ edified. This position includes planning an annual calendar of conferences, recruiting speakers, working with the publicity office to promote these conferences, developing and managing a budget, coordinating with housekeeping, and doing public relations for El Monte.

Graphic design, Publications, Web-master:
(Short Term)

We need creative, gifted artists that also have the necessary technical skills to publish their work in a number of different mediums. We seek the right people to form a team that will bring God glory through communication of what He is doing at El Monte.

Gifted leaders:
(Long Term)

We desperately need people with proven leadership skills to maximise the positive impact of our ministry teams. God is calling servant leaders with vision and with the necessary people skills to advance His kingdom. We seek leaders who can inspire by their example and bring out the best in their team.

E.S.L. Teacher / Administrator: (Short or Long Term) Are you a native English speaker? Do you have training in teaching or E.S.L.? Most workers serving in the 10/40 window must know English. To get Latins to the field, we need you!	M.K. Teachers: (Short Term) Great students of all ages, exotic location and vital work. Full of creativity and good ideas? No special training needed. Invest a year or more in the lives of others.
Treasurer: (Long Term) Are you a person who can make sense of money? We urgently need a team treasurer with an accounting background to help provide stewardship of the Lord's resources.
