Church Planting Central States: In the central states of Zacatecas, Jalisco, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, Colima, Michoacan and Queretaro, evangelicals represent only 1 to 2% of the population. These states are considered the 10/40 Window of Mexico. WEC Mexico is currently exploring the possibility of working in the State of Aguascalientes.Ethnic Groups: The ethnic groups of Mexico are largely Catholic in name but pagan in practice. There are 260 ethnic groups in Mexico of which 11 are without a viable Christian witness and 104 have churches that still need outside help to finish preaching the gospel in their group. WEC Mexico is looking to start an outreach to one of these groups, planting churches by taking the gospel to these people. Could you be part of the team?  |
